And I am all ready worried...color remorse. But it will all be fine. And anyway, it is just paint. I am actually more concerned about the rich coral for the powder room-it might be too intense in there...but that is a small room with a door. And coral walls are supposed to be universally flattering. Put a lovely glow in everyone's cheeks.
The Taupe will be neutral and warm and a pleasant change from the blue. I will go next week and buy the fabric for the slipcovers for the seating and the pillows and the valances. Something that picks up the corals in the dining room wallpaper, which is what I am building this whole color scheme around. I am perhaps rethinking the hardwood floor tone-cherry might be too reddish. I will see when the fabric and paint are here.
Might put hardwood in the kitchen, too...wait 'till DH hears that! May keep that as a surprise.
Although I am so over the blue walls, blue carpet and blue patterned slip covers in the living room, I am keeping my dark blue office. I like that.
