I have mentioned before that I regularly read the blog written by author Deanna Raybourn. She funny and sassy and has a pic of her newly pedicured toes in a feathery stiletto-what's not to love? Anyway, a couple weeks ago she chronicled her search for a new perfume. Now her search has taken her to some stores and makers I have never heard of-and it does sound like her idea of the ideal perfume is much more dramatic and pervasive than mine. However, it was a pretty funny journey.
My scent of choice for the summer was Bath and Body White Tea and Ginger which they have of course stopped carrying in the stores. Arrgghh. It is light and pleasant and does not seem to activate my asthma, or anyone around me. But for the last few weeks, I have embraced another scent. icyhot.
It is fresh and clean, the cats love it, and it has the added bonus of keeping me warm while working outside in the yard. Now if they would just come out with a pretty bottle, all would be perfect!
