can move again

I did for my back royally late last week, stubbornly ignored the fact and went on shoving furniture, raking and bagging leaves, and standing and socializing at an election celebration party for 4 hours-and by Sunday I was brought down-although it hurt more to sit or lie than it did to walk around, so I was in a pickle!
Popping Advil like candy and wearing icy-hot patches has made it subside-as has being realistic about what I can ask it to do! Son and friend shifted furniture for me, Husband has taken over leaves, and I don't sit in the same position for any length of time. It still is very tight be evening, but I can get a day's work in-very carefully.
The big maple is almost empty, but the pear and dogwoods are still leaved. It is odd how different their schedule is. I am concerned too about the burning bushes-instead of their trademark red, the leaves are white. I am hoping it is just because we have had such an odd fall, with extreme high and low temps...I hope we aren't losing them.
